Library day
We end up stopping at the library every week to pick up the lituature assignment for the next week. The copy iof "A Day in the Life of Ivan Denisovich" that they had was donated to the library in 1963. Since then, it has only been checked out six times!!!! "Brighty of the Grand Canyon" has been checked out 14 times since it came in 1954.

That's sad. I used to be driven to read books just so they could be checked out and have a recent date on their card. Our library doesn't work like that anymore. Pooey on modern technology.
