Oh Dear.....
I think that if I ever had to go to college away from home I would be too homesick to do anything, and would eventually shrivel up and die. Just thinking about it makes me homesick already. I don't want to got to college, but it looks like I won't be getting away from it this time. Mom and Dad no longer say "If Snap wants to go to Augustine......" instead, it is, "When Snap goes to Augustine...".

It's not so very bad, Snap. It can get lonely sometimes, but Augustine is more like what your familiar with than any other college. (And maybe I'll come with you.)
Don't feel homesick, 'cause being homesick ahead of time doesn't make anything any better. :)

I'm not presuming to speak for your parents, but, seeing as they are quite reasonable people, that they would be open to talking with you about whatever your hopes and desires about college may or may not be.
I may even be so bold to say that you would not have to go to Augustine or even to college if you really didn't want to. (Although you might have to want not to go very, very much!)
