[jumps up and down]
Yay! I got it!
Hey, I knew I could do it! ;)
The cannon should be angled at 83 degrees from the horizon line.
Let's do another problem!
I love physics! :D

If only life were easy....
... then it wouldn't take forever to get through a single Physics problem.
Three pages of calculations later I discovered that I must have made a misstake somewhere around the middle of the first page. :(
[screams at the top of her lungs]
I've redone it again, but again there is something wrong with it. :O
I have the equation down to y equals tangent theta squared plus acceleration distance squared over two velocity initial cosesign squared theta but I'm not suposed to have cosesign squared on the bottom; it is supposed to be sine squared. Ugh. Somehow out of all that mess I need to calculate the angle that at which a cannon that fires at the velocity of 300m/sec should be in order to hit a ship that is 500 m below and 2500 m away from it.
My *beloved* quadratic equation has shown up once again. Oh joy.

Ah, lovely car rides
I never used to get car sick, but now the long trips to church are almost unbearable. It seems aweful to waste the time spent traveling to Emmaus, but reading or doing school work in the car is impossible.
Winter is coming!
Hurrah for the first cold weather of fall!!! Now I can finally bring out my sweaters and long sleeved shirts! I really dislike hot humid weather. I sleep so much better when I’m cold. Last night I had to use two quilts! Yay! Oh, I really don’t want to have warm weather again for a very long time. Pretty soon the trees will start turning colors! Then I should start taking my friends graduation photos. Some time I should try to get some pictures at the lake. I guess I need to get that light for my bike so dad will let me bike out to it.
Once the leaves have all fallen from the trees the woods will be rather sad looking, until we get the first of the snow storms. The snow will cover the branches and the trees will glisten as the sun shines down on them and it will be so pretty. Maybe we will even get and ice storm this winter! I know that those are dangerous, so hopefully it will happen on a Saturday since we won’t need to travel. Hopefully we won’t get any bad snow storms on Sunday so we won’t have to miss services at Emmaus. : ( On the days which we can make it down there will be snow for snowballs! :D We will be down there more often this winter, since we are homeschooling together now.

Make hay while the sun shines
We are getting the rest of our winter's supply of hay today. The hay is nicely baled and at this moment is sitting out in the field. It would be nice if we didn't have to do it today, but it is suposed to rain in the next 24 hours. Mom and the kids are going with our neighbors to pick up at least 200 or so bales. I don't have to help with the hay, and that is a good thing cause I'm also allergic to it. :P Thankfully, we were able to find a farmer that was willing to sell some decent looking hay, and even better, it was only $3.00 a bale, which is a terribly good price for around here.

I think I am going crazy
I keep misplacing things and forgetting things. Maybe I'm just in too big of a hurry. Last night I thought I had left my bible in the car I so I went to get it and I had actually brought it in with me to church and it was sitting on the coat rack. Now I went and did all of next weeks Biology homework along with this weeks. Read the sylubus? Oh, of course not! I also have somehow missplaced a pattern and I can't find my latin notebook.
