Bovine without Constraints
This morning our cow somehow managed to get out of the pasture, might have to do with the gate being left open last night, and found his way to the road, where, thankfully, some gentleman stopped and got the cow into the yard shut the gate and came and told us. So Mom and I jumped out of bed, well at least Mom did, I was already up and getting the milk for my baby goats, and had the fun task of getting the cow down the hill and into the pasture. This cow does not like being led, and he is hardly halter-broke, and he weighs a good five hundred pounds, so if he decides that he is going somewhere you had better either let go, or get dragged along side of him. Oh, and he had been running around our house for a long time, so he was extremely sweaty and that was just gross.

Sounds like the cow needs a new home !!!
Like the freezer
but we have to wait till fall
And he got out again, only this time the gate was closed, and he just walked right over the fence, knocking it down in the process.
